I still don’t understand how the Clare makes such great Riesling, it’s really hot and dry and the water sources for irrigation are the lowest allocations I’ve ever seen in Australia but it just does it every year.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThis site is shoot thinned and bunch thinned to reduce disease and allow ripening early. Picked at 10 baume.
