The Dolcetto is the biggest component at 48% and provides red fruit and vibrancy. Next up we have 35% of Carbonic Macerated Aglianico. Aglianico is one of our favourite varieties for flavour but can have some pretty harsh tannins so we used carbonic maceration to soften things up a bit. This provides the midpalate with plenty of juicy, juicy fruit. The backbone and structure of the wine is Nero d'Avola that spent a year resting in old french oak. \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eLots of dark fruit and spice rounds out the wine and makes for the perfect Italo Disco Space blend. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAllora! who really cares about all that.
